Simix incorporates propriety cross linking technology into its products to overcome   the weaknesses of the existing silicate coating technologies in the market place. These scientific discoveries have lead to a non-decaying silicate that will not revert to a soluble state. Simix has added actively green, self cleaning NP technology that utilizes nanoparticles of titanium dioxide that react with UV rays of the sun to breakdown algae bacteria, mold and virus growth.

Simix Products react to UV light that is present even on cloudy days or in shaded areas, so the process works seamlessly throughout the day and in most artificially lighted areas. When rain or sprayed water makes contact with the treated area, the loosened dirt is carried away.
